As a qualified social worker, with almost twelve years of experience in the field, Mirko has developed a highly dependable, professional manner and a broad range of transferrable skills; he has excellent interpersonal communication skills, outstanding organisational capabilities and is exceptional at carrying out assessments and report writing. Mirko has considerable experience of working within multidisciplinary team (MDT) environments and recognises the importance of teamwork to pursue and achieve his client’s goals. All of these qualities lend themselves extremely well to his role as case manager.

Mirko is specialised in working with adults and children with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health issues and complex needs. He has in-depth experience and special interest in transition, continuing healthcare, mental capacity and best interest cases. Through his work with the Child Health and Disability Team, he has become extremely knowledgeable in the field of child protection and related court cases, and has developed an empathetic, sensitive, person-centred approach when providing support and guidance to clients and their families.
