She has experience managing teams of health care professionals, assisting them with training, and giving them the support to provide complex and personalised care to individuals with various health conditions. To consolidate her skills, Jenny amalgamated her knowledge by completing an NVQ level 5 Leadership and Management.
The most common conditions that Jenny works with include invasive and non-invasive ventilation (including tracheostomies), Motor Neurons Disease, MS, acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, complex epilepsy, learning difficulties, and rare birth conditions such as adrenoleukodystrophy.
Jenny has worked with a variety of ages, from young adults to the elderly. Due to her experience, she is confident liaising with a wide range of professionals to ensure that individuals receive bespoke personal care.
During her years working in the community, Jenny’s become experienced and diligent around care plans, training and care delivery, ensuring that the Fundamental Standards of CQC are achieved. Jenny likes forward-thinking finding the solutions to any problems that may arise for the rehabilitation process to run smoothly.
More recently, Jenny has had the opportunity to work with minor and catastrophic injuries and support the rehabilitation process. She is registered with CMSUK and BABICM as an independent practitioner.
