We wanted to update our clients, their families and the professionals we work with that Stokes Case Management is very much open for business in light of the ever-changing Covid-19 outbreak, although in a very different way.

Our team is used to working creatively, remotely and sensitively and this won’t change in light of the Government advice. We are working hard to see clients where absolutely needed, while taking the correct precautions and advising them in light of the latest advice. We have already undertaken a programme of reassuring and supporting clients, to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they are being given the correct information.

Our highly proactive team of case managers have always worked creatively to ensure lines of communication with our clients, support workers and other necessary agencies are kept live and open at all times.

We will be working remotely until we’re advised otherwise and have been set up for remote working for some time – so the move has been seamless. We are still having face-to-face meetings that are effectively risk-assessed and managed in line with Government advice – as well as telephone calls, video calls or email when necessary.

Please remember that physical distancing doesn’t have to mean social distancing – and we are doing all we can to be creative with our clients to avoid feelings of isolation and worry. We are a very social bunch at Stokes Case Management so don’t feel you have to simply email; we’re always happy to have a video or phone call. Let’s stay social!

If we’re working together at the moment, please rest assured that we have everything in hand and that our team have been prepared for this.

If you have any questions or requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, using the same contact details as ever:

By email admin@stokescasemanagement.co.uk or call 029 2043 2858.

We’re working hard to support all our clients and professionals so if you can’t get through to us, please leave a message and we’ll do our very best to get back to you as soon as we can.

We would like to assure you that the welfare of our clients and employees is of paramount importance and we are closely following Public Health guidelines in order to minimise any potential risk.

Our clients and their families may wish to read the latest advice from the Government:
gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people/guidance-on-social-distancing-for-everyone-in-the-uk-and-protecting-older-people-and-vulnerable-adults

Like everyone else, we will be monitoring the situation and following the advice available, and will let people know of any changes.

Stokes will continue to operate as normal (with less handshaking and more virtual jazz hands) but we will of course let you know should anything change.

Thank you, stay safe and stay in touch!
