Professional development

Our Clinical Director’s enviable training and mentoring experience allows her to support your development plans effectively and with a great deal of fun in an otherwise very serious role. We host a free two-day annual conference for all our people. The event is filled with essential support and the latest advice on report writing, disclosure, the litigation process, business development and much more. Our 2o18 conference included two powerful presentations from our clients - a truly incredible client who acquired a brain injury as an adult and another  talented entrepreneur and former client who acquired Cerebral Palsy at birth. We know our team find greater inspiration from seeing the impact of case management and we are always delighted to welcome and support clients who want to share their stories with the profession, as well as others in their position. Our two-day annual conference also includes a day delivered in collaboration with legal professionals, litigators who work across the country (as we do) as well as therapists, rehabilitation providers and others who can put our case management plans and vision into life. Not only do our case managers - who are based across Wales, England Scotland and Ireland - benefit from sharing ideas, experiences and developing their skills and approach, it also helps us to showcase the creativity and resourceful ideas of those we work with - and how we can work together to benefits clients and ensure we really do offer a personalised approach.
