We are delighted to announce that Stokes Case Management is now regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – adding to our recent confirmation of regulation by the Care Inspectorate Wales.

The CQC regulation assessment process for Stokes was delayed due to Covid-19 and conducted virtually – with possibly more safety and security checks that might otherwise have prevailed! Our Clinical Director, Rhiannon Stokes, and our operations team are delighted by the announcement that offers our clients, their families, litigators, Deputies and Trustees, as well as our support worker and therapy partners additional peace of mind.

Rhiannon said:

"I'm so incredibly proud of our operations and case management professionals who have pulled together during the pandemic. We've never felt closer as a team, nor been so proud of our clients' achievements. Our CQC and CIW assessments have taken place during the most challenging of times, for us and the regulators. The process was smooth if not different and we are glad to have been able to secure our regulation in both England and Wales, in spite of the pandemic and the inevitable backlog of assessments by the regulators. My sincere thanks to our outstanding team, in particular, Joanna Ali, our Operations Manager / Registered Manager, for helping us to achieve one of our strategic goals."
