Stokes Case Management is delighted to announce that Tracy Holcroft has been appointed as Head of Case Management. This is a new role for our business, thanks to continued organic expansion.

Tracy has been with Stokes from the start, when the business was established in 2015. Her Case Management practice, supported by her extensive experience and background as an OT, has gone from strength-to-strength and she is regarded by her colleagues as a beacon of excellence in practice and in personal development.

Her calm, creative and proactive nature was particularly valued during the pandemic. Tracy is now responsible for the creation and implementation of the clinical strategies of our case managers, ensuring excellence in the clinical provision, effective and efficient delivery of quality service to stakeholders to drive the company vision, values, objectives and growth.

She will also take overall responsibility for the recruitment and development of our case managers.
