Kim joined Stokes Case Management in 2022, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in operations management at FedEx.  During her time there as a Operations Supervisor, she honed her skills in team management, logistics, strategic planning and delivering results in a fast-paced, high responsibility environment. 

As the Business Director at Stokes, Kim oversees the day to day running of the business, with a particular focus on finances, team development and identifying growth opportunities.  Her leadership style is driven by clarity, collaboration and a commitment to long-term success.

With a background of a support worker in her early career, Kim brings a deep, person-centered perspective to her role.  This unique combination of operational expertise and front line experience supports her in ensuring that both the business and its people thrive, she believes that successful outcomes come from building trust, listening and creating space for every voice to be heard.
