Jenny is a Case Manager and independent practitioner with a highly diverse managerial/clinical background. She has 30 years of experience working in Senior Management positions within the commercial and clinical arenas.

Jenny spent 10 years at Innovex and Quintiles, where she managed teams of Nurse advisers, who were outsourced by pharmaceutical companies specialising in diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Hyperlipidaemia, Dementia, Depression and Schizophrenia.

Jenny then managed a team of Nutrition Specialist Nurses at Nutrica Advanced Medical Nutrition UK, where she worked closely with the Scottish Health Boards. Jenny’s effectiveness within this role earned her ‘Nurse Manager of the year’ award.

Jenny progressed to work in the Complex Care arena in Scotland, working with Brain and Spinal Injury units, and Personal Injury Lawyers.

Continuing to diversify and build on her professional experience, Jenny took on the role of Operations Manager at the Nuffield Hospital in Glasgow, where she held full responsibility for the wards, nurses and theatres.

In 2015, Jenny was asked to support the Head of Nursing for AS Watson, running nationwide travel/immunisation clinics. She went on to secure the position of National Nurse Manager, where she was responsible for ensuring policy compliance, process conformity and clinical competence through the management of 20 Health Practitioners nationwide.

Jenny owns a Limited Company and provides her services as a clinical educator and consultant, supporting care homes and brain injury units. Jenny was recently awarded the title of Senior Associate with the Dementia Services Development Centre at the University of Stirling.

Jenny possesses excellent communication and managerial skills. She employs a holistic approach, thereby establishing an effective and trusting relationship with her clients.
