Lauren is a highly motivated, reliable and determined case manager assistant. She brings remarkable career diversity and experience, along with an array of transferrable skills, to the case management arena. Her previous roles include Police Constable, Police Community Support Officer, Special Needs Teaching Assistant and Department for Work and Pension Administrative Assistant. She was also Head Camp Counsellor whilst living and working in the United States; a role which has helped her to develop exceptional interpersonal communication skills as well as highly-developed diplomatic, organisational and supervisory capabilities. She employs these skills in optimising the impact of the service she provides to her clients as a case manager assistant.

In 2008 Lauren attained a Bachelor of Science degree (with honours) in environmental management.

Lauren presents with a calm, confident, professional demeanour, particularly when dealing with challenging situations; she thrives when put under pressure. Lauren has a natural empathy for her clients and always prioritises her actions to cater for their best interests.
