Mandy is a Qualified Adult Nurse with 23 years of experience in a wide range of Primary and Secondary settings.

In her early career Mandy worked as a legal secretary.  She went on to successfully achieve her Nursing Registration and held positions within the NHS, both on a busy Medical Admissions Unit and Complex Respiratory Unit.

Having a passion to work in the Community, Mandy spent a few years working as a Practice Nurse where she achieved a Respiratory Diploma whilst undertaking a Community Health Diploma at Manchester Metropolitan University.

For the last 10 years Mandy has worked for a Healthcare Provider specialising in case management of Complex Care for Adults and Children with complex injuries.

Mandy has a proven track record in managing multiple complex care packages in a holistic manner and has trained many teams and individuals in the delivery of Complex Care, particularly in the areas of Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injury and varied neurological conditions. She will often deal professionally with caseloads of up to 20 clients at any one time.

Mandy has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and legal field and is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for her clients, whilst conducting risk management, working in partnership with her team, and providing excellent cost management.
