Sara Jones 

Registered General Nurse  

Sara qualified as a State Enrolled Nurse in the Air Force and upon leaving the Air Force went on to covert to an RGN completing the BSc in Neurosciences at the same time. She has many years of experience in Nursing in a variety of areas such as Medical, Community, Neuro, Rehabilitation and Acute Neurology. 

She is an experienced Case Manager providing support and opportunities for clients (children and adults) to lead a fulfilling life. Sara has a compassionate nature, is empathetic and is driven to achieve best outcomes for her clients to include holidays at home and abroad, social and domestic support and general day to day coordination as required as well as managing care and support teams in the community. 

Sara has used her clinical experience and other work life experiences to provide in depth knowledge, training and support for her clients and staff within care packages for delivery of excellent care standards. She has managed a case load of clients with a variety of long term life limiting conditions requiring sensitive management with use of clear communication sympathetic to each situation.

In her last role she worked across the UK supporting packages of care in a manner that best suited each client.
