After an incredible 12 months since we launched Stokes Case Management, we’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised by a judging panel of peer-regarded claims experts at the Claims Innovation Awards 2016.
Stokes Case Management is one of 3 shortlisted companies in the ‘Best Newcomer’ category, which celebrates the innovations, service quality and ethical delivery of support to vulnerable individuals across England and Wales.
Rhiannon Stokes, Clinical Director, Stokes Case Management, said: “Since launching in 2015, we’ve added a long list of Case Managers to the fold which has allowed us to support more vulnerable individuals, their Deputies and Trustees. We’ve also had the support of a variety of affiliated industry professionals at the Bar, in the financial advisory world and from organisations that support solicitors and vulnerable clients.
“Itwas always our intention to grow the business organically and while we’ve had an unprecedented number of referrals for new clients since launching, we have been able to retain and instil a culture of quality, ethics and innovation throughout.”
